The Candylab Toys Rocket Fuel station made of wood for your speedster from the CANDYCAR® series is an ode to American mid-century design. The toy gas station combines the typical new wooden block system of the Candylab STAC concept with a wonderfully minimalist design that is unparalleled for toys. And so it comes as no surprise that the wooden filling station also works wonderfully as a decorative object for design lovers or as a display for toy car collectors.
Is a gas station still up-to-date as a toy today? Good question, which we answer roughly like this: the wooden toy is definitely contemporary and made from renewable raw materials, but introducing children to the concept of fossil fuels without also showing the alternatives may be reconsidered. So it's perfect that there are also Candycar® school buses and regular service buses to introduce public transport as an alternative in Car Carpet City.
The Rocket Fuel gas station is tailor-made for the small CANDYCAR® wooden cars from Candylab Toys and can be set up in about 5-10 minutes with instructions and tools. No glue required.
